THE BEDROOMS

All our rooms are Centrally Heated and are Classically Furnished to ensure your relaxing stay. Each room has a colour TV, Radio, Alarm Clock and, of course, a Hair Dryer. You can make yourselves limitless cups of Tea or Coffee from the selection provided. There are plenty of books and publications with Information on what to do and see in and around Bath.

The Garden Room, looking out over our garden, is a spacious downstairs Double En Suite combining Bedroom and Sitting Room. With a King size Double Bed, a Sofa, another Sofa which can also be a bed, and traditional furniture, the room is really comfy. The accommodation is suitable for either a couple or up to two adults and two children.

The Bathroom has both a Bath and Shower.

Popular with guests is the side entrance, allowing access directly into the room from outside.

Wisteria is a delightfully spacious Double or Twin Room furnished with antiques and retaining many original featues including an Edwardian Hand Basin and a Period Fireplace. The room looks out over a Magnolia Grandiflora and Winter Jasmine.

The large Private Bathroom is just down the corridor and has both a Bath and separate Walk In Shower.

The Red Room is our cosy and smaller Double Room. It has a modern En Suite Shower Room which also has a Hand Basin. We have retained the original period Fireplace in this nicely furnished and elegant bedroom.
