WESTON LAWN ACCESS STATEMENT

ARRIVAL

Guest Cars may be parked within 5 yards of the Front Door on our Gravel Drive.
There is a Level Walk to our Front Door.
The Front Door has a 4" high Step and is 28" wide.
Your Host & Hostess will be happy to carry your bags to the bedroom.

BEDROOMS

Doorways are minimum 27" wide. No step. Most door handles are knobs. Each door is mortice key lockable.
Our Downstairs Bedroom can accommodate a wheelchair. A wheelchair cannot access the Bathroom. The Bath has a Non-Slip bottom and there is a Grab rail on the bath itself.
Access to our upstairs bedrooms is via a 23" wide stairway with two turns, a bannister and 13 steps, 9" deep and 7.5" high. There is no lift.
Our two Bedrooms Upstairs are on the same level, together with the Bathroom and WC. There is a short walk to the WC from either room. The larger bedroom (Wisteria) has a large comfy chair. The smaller bedroom (Red Room) has a smaller wicker chair.
All TVs are operated by a Remote Control device.
All windows are Sash type, opening vertically.

DINING ROOM

Doorway is 27" wide. No Step. A wheelchair can be positioned at the table. The Dining Room is 12' from our downstairs bedroom and on the same level. The Food table is next to the dining table and there is an element of self-service.
